INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Sand Texture Closeup

I offer individual therapy for adults in Texas who are looking for a space to slow down, reflect, and make meaningful changes in their lives.

People come to therapy for many different reasons—feeling stuck in patterns that are hard to shift, navigating anxiety or relationship challenges, processing grief, or trying to understand a sense of overwhelm that doesn’t always have a clear source. Sometimes it’s about what’s happening right now; other times it’s about making sense of experiences that have been shaping things for a long time.

Our work creates space to explore these layers with curiosity and care. Together, we can begin to understand the patterns, relationships, and emotional experiences that have developed over time, so that change feels not just possible, but grounded in a deeper understanding of yourself. From there, growth can unfold in a way that feels more aligned, intentional, and genuinely your own.

MY AREAS OF FOCUS

Below are some of the areas I commonly work with. You don’t need to fit neatly into one category to reach out.

Anxiety & Depression

When things feel heavy, overwhelming, or hard to navigate day-to-day

Grief & Loss

Support for navigating loss in all its forms, at your own pace

Trauma

Working with experiences that continue to feel present or unresolved

Couples & Relationships

Understanding relational patterns, whether coming in alone or with a partner

Attorneys & Legal-System-Connected Clients

Therapy that understands the unique demands of legal environments

My work is grounded in a psychodynamic approach, which means we look at patterns—how your past experiences, relationships, and internal world shape the way you move through the present.

Rather than only focusing on surface-level symptoms, we’ll take time to understand the deeper “why” behind what you’re feeling and experiencing. This often leads to more meaningful, lasting change.

I am also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), an evidence-based approach that helps process experiences that feel stuck or unresolved. EMDR can be thoughtfully incorporated into many of the areas above, depending on your needs and goals.

Sessions are 50 minutes. You can find more information about fees, sliding scale availability, and policies

If you’re considering therapy, I offer a free 15–20 minute consultation as a chance for us to connect, talk through what you’re looking for, and see if working together feels like a good fit. You can reach out [here] to to schedule a time.
